The mourning diary of Adepoju’s Family| episode two
She kissed him and hugged her children, Rachel was extremely happy to be with her mom, she actually do not understand what’s going on.
On Saturday morning, they had fun together, baked cookies and a chocolate cake. They spent their precious time together and happily ended the day gracefully.
On Sunday morning, mrs Abigail was busy packing her bag and preparing to the conference.
Mr Adepoju was also busy preparing the kids for church because they always attend Sunday service every Sunday. They never miss Sunday service. Mrs Abigail entered the kids’s room where mr Adepoju was preparing the kids clothes for church. “Oh hi honey” said mrs Abigail, mr Adepoju was surprise to see his wife on pyjama, “ baby, why are you still on pyjama? Asked mr Adepoju. She was smiling and explaining why she won’t be able to attend the Sunday service with them. “ honey, you know I have to pack up and I’m leaving very early tomorrow” said mrs Adepoju. Okay, I will leave with the kids in 15minutes replied mr Adepoju.
Mr Adepoju left with the kids to the church, they Sunday service was awesome, they always enjoy singing, dancing in the presence of God. The Sunday service ended successfully. Mr Adepoju carried the little princess (Rachel) and he held Femi while heading to his car, suddenly, he heard a voice behind him. Mr Adepoju turned to find out who called him and it turns out to be the pastor.
“Hello pastor Ade “ said mr Adepoju. “hi mr adepoju” replied pastor Ade.
“ I’m sorry to disturb you but when we was praying, the Holy Spirit showed me a revelation and it’s seems to personally be for you sir“ said pastor Ade. “Do you have anyone in your family traveling” Asked pastor Ade. “Yes sir, my wife is traveling tomorrow sir” replied mr Adepoju. “Please tell her not to travel because something bad will happen and she might not survive it and if she luckily survived it, she will lost something so important in her life, pls relay this important message to her” said pastor Ade. “Okay pastor, thanks and I will definitely relay this message and I will make sure she cancelled her trip sir” replied mr Adepoju. “Peace be unto you” said pastor as they departed.
Mr Adepoju was so scared because of this revelation he just heard, he was so scared to the extend of shivering. He couldn’t wait to get home, fifteen minutes later, he finally got home, he was shouting his wife’s name, “Abigail Abigail Abigail” he shouted. Mrs Adepoju Abigail rushed down from the stair, “honey, welcome back. Please give me my princess, oh my little baby is tired as she took Rachel from mr Adepoju. “I will put her to bed and be right back” said mrs Adepoju Abigail.
mrs Adepoju Abigail put Rachel to bed while Femi was busy playing LEGO. Mrs Adepoju Abigail went downstairs to meet her husband.
“Honey, why are you sad ?when why are you shivering? Is anything wrong? Do you catch cold ? Hmmm, hahaha, I didn’t leave yet and you’re already missing me and shivering” said mrs Adepoju Abigail. “Oh my God, did I complain about that? I’m not sick ? Baby, please you can’t travel, you have to cancel your trip, there’s a danger to it” said mr Adepoju. “Please, what did you just say ? I can’t travel what ? Like ??? Or maybe I didn’t heard you, definitely, you must be kidding, I mean really joking, which danger ? Who told you that ? How did you assume there will be a danger ? Honey, what are you talking about? I don’t understand you” said mrs Adepoju Abigail angrily. “ listen Abigail, the told me that there’s someone in family who’s planning to travel, and he said I should tell the person not to go because there’s a danger. Abigail please, it’s a revelation showed to our pastor, please think about it” said mr Adepoju. “Sweetie, why do you assume I was the one the pastor was talking about, have you forgotten about your brother, and aunt Temmy, they are both traveling too, they are also your family or maybe someone else is traveling in your family which it’s Unknow to you, why do you assume I would be the victim? Oh babe, I know you can’t bear to leave me but I will be back soon, we have pray and everything will be alright, okay baby?” Said mrs Adepoju. “Okay honey but..” said mr Adepoju, “no but honey, God will protect me, I will be fine” replied mrs Adepoju Abigail. “ I still prefer you to stay” said mr Adepoju. “Hmmm baby, I know you can’t bear to leave me, I will miss you and I will always FaceTime with you.” Said mrs Adepoju Abigail.
They both cuddled and let go of the revelation and prayed for God’s protection. Had fun and went to sleep.
On Monday morning, mrs Adepoju Abigail woke up early to finish packing up and getting ready. She hurriedly prepared breakfast for her family, she really wants to have breakfast with her family before departing from them. She went into the kids’s room to wake them up. Mr Adepoju was already awake but sat down looking so sad and depressed. “ my prince and princess, Good morning sweetie, how was you nighty nighty? Mom love you dearly” said mrs Adepoju Abigail as she hugged her kids.
They all went to meet mr Adepoju who was sitting downstairs. “Daddy Daddy” said the kids. “ cutie pies, Good morning” said mr Adepoju as he hugged them. “Good morning baby” said mrs Adepoju Abigail. “Ummm, Good morning “ said mr Adepoju on a low voice.
Mrs Adepoju Abigail prepared the breakfast as they all ate. Mr Adepoju and Femi felt so sad and quiet after a while, they looked so sad, mrs Adepoju Abigail couldn’t bear to see her family like this, she tried to put them in a good mood by playing their favorite song, they suddenly cheered up and they were happy again. The kids love the song so much and they love to sing along with the song. It was a joyful moment for them. Few moments later, mrs Adepoju Abigail hurriedly said”. Prince Femi, Princess Rachel and my darling husband, I’m sorry, I have to leave and mommy promise to buy you lots of toys and daddy will take you to fun places after school” said mrs Adepoju Abigail.
Mr Adepoju was really sad and couldn’t say a word, the kids started crying, “mommy, don’t leave us” said Femi. The little girl cried, mr Adepoju couldn’t hold his tears, he started crying and couldn’t control himself. Mrs Adepoju Abigail felt extremely bad and she also started crying and hugged them. She finally leave for the airport, they couldn’t see her off because the kids and her husband couldn’t stop crying. She hurriedly ordered a cab to pick her up.
“Vroom vroom vroom” the can arrive, mrs Adepoju Abigail took off to the airport. She checked in at the airport and do all the necessary things required and successfully allowed to pass. She successfully sat in the plane while thinking about her family, she felt so bad and she cried.
