SpaceX Starship the private American aerospace manufacturer and space transportation services company founded by entrepreneur Elon Musk, has been developing its Starship spacecraft and Super Heavy rocket for several years with the goal of enabling humans to travel to other planets and establish a permanent human presence on Mars. The Starship spacecraft is a fully reusable spacecraft that is designed to carry both crew and cargo to and from Earth orbit, the Moon, Mars, and beyond. The Super Heavy rocket, on the other hand, is designed to provide the initial launch thrust needed to get the Starship spacecraft off the ground and into space.
