Say Goodbye to Boredom

Boredom otherwise known as Fatigue is a demostrative feeling of of disinterest by an individual when they feel they feel they are left with nothing to do. Several individual s undergo this psychological state which makes them feel a particular time or session is dull. Boredom can be very chronic In the sense that an individual might continue to find him or herself returning to the state over and over again. Creating factors of Boredom

1. A change in schedule This could create a gap in your working hours, which would make you get more free times that before. Hence as you beging to feel less busier than before you might begin to feel disinterest in the new surrounding.

2. Staying alone for too long Isolating yourself for too long from others, could lead to severe boredomness, this is due to the fact that the human mind could begin to feel weary after a long time of no encounter or talk with another human.

3. Little or no motivation in what you do Been on a job where there is no one to encourage or motivate you could be really boring, or working under a boss that would never shower you with praise but only complains all the time.

4. Executing projects without proper technical knowledge Working on a project that you don't have enough knowledge about, might end up becoming frustrating and boring at some particular point in time.

5. Working a less passionate Job Fulfilling your passion is one very important key for living a satisfying life, a large number of people are bored today because they are working on a job which they feel no passion for.

Ways to say goodbye to boredom

1. Avoid taking up jobs for which you have less passion or do not have passion for, doing a job which you are passionate for will enable you focus and enjoy what you're doing, this will make you fulfilled and satisfied.

2. Ensure to have full knowledge of a project before taking it up, this would avoid frustration and extra stress.

3. Create engagements to keep you busy during your free time, in case of a change schedule you can meditate, read books, watch a movie or meet a friend.

4. Avoid staying all alone for too long, take time to meet friends laugh and cheer.

5. Compliment yourself and give yourself a nice treat for every progress you make, this will make you feel motivated and on top form.

6. Avoid all forms of distractions.
