Most ladies prefer public proposal especially as it has to do with public awareness and possibly could be an internet sensation or could even trend on twitter While another group would want it to be a private eatery or restaurant even private garden. Just anything outside public eyes.
The thing is, sometimes engagement/ proposal usually come in form of surprise and no man would want to tell you his plans to propose to you. So you will be in the dark until that very moment someone will kneel in front of you with a ring. Next thing is, will you marry me.
Men on their own part cease that opportunity to tell the world that she is taken by me and a result, stay clear.
In most cases, you find out that women tend to say 'yes' to that big question because of perhaps pressure from onlooker's or just because people are starring at her with words like 'say yes'. Most of these people on the hand say 'yes' out pity and to avoid public disgrace.
People tend to forget one thing: marriage is not all about saying yes to the proposal, having an elaborate wedding. its a thing that comes after all these activities. One should consider life after all these before saying 'yes' or even 'no'.
Most especially we get the answer 'yes' like its more like it but there are still people who stood their ground and say 'no' to this big question because they felt embarrassed and couldn't think at that moment. Some think the public face is affecting their decision they will say no in other to have a clearer picture of about the big question.
