The term "precision medicine" refers to a model of healthcare that categorises patients into distinct groups, tailoring medical decisions, practises, interventions, and products to each individual patient based on the patient's anticipated response to treatment or likelihood of developing a disease.

The use of precision medicine to treat various disorders, such as cancer, has met with a great deal of success in targeting specific elements of DNA. However, in this age of increasingly war and terror attacks, countries must remain vigilant to the latest research and technologies that could be modified and used in warfare. One rarely talked about is the use of precision medicine for biological weapons. 

Modern warfare could take the form of a biological attack targeting specific genotypes. Such weapons could be developed and used as a political tool to create a realm of terror on countries or ethnic groups classed as enemies. For example, it could be used to develop diseases that target and wipe out a specific ethnic group or race based on the genetic material or deoxyribonucleic acid in their bodies (DNA).

 These weapons would be able to zero in on specific DNA sequences, allowing them to eradicate some racial groups while leaving the rest of the population untouched.

Countries in Africa are grappling with the emergence and integration of new technologies, and the front runner to this is the digitisation of nations. Undoubtedly, Organisation digitisation helps streamline job activities and boost productivity. However,  human digitisation means personal data, including biological data, would have to be harvested and stored in a data bank. Unfortunately, data security is not well thought out in Africa and, quite frankly, is absent in many African countries. As a result, data could be stolen and used for nefarious activities, including developing ethnic bio-weapons towards Africans. 

Biological weapons are much cheaper than nuclear and chemical weapons, and they do a lot of damage for a small amount of money. In other words, a small amount of a biological agent can cause many deaths, which some estimates say is the same as the number of deaths caused by nuclear weapons. They don't need complicated ways to be delivered, and as science improves, they become easier and more accessible.

The US white paper  titled Rebuilding America's Defenses, Strategies, Forces, and Resources For a New Century  recommends  that the US develop 

 advanced forms of biological warfare that can "target" specific genotypes and may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool.  source

The Sunday Times claimed in November 1998 that Israel was trying to construct a "ethno-bomb" that could target Arab genetic features. Foreign Report and Wired News also reported.

U.S. Defense Secretary William Cohen called it a concern in 1997. In 1998, some biological weapon specialists deemed a "genetic weapon" possible and claimed the former Soviet Union had researched human DNA.

2005 ICRC official view: "A biological agent might target a certain ethnic group soon. These eventualities aren't the ICRC's imagination; many independent and government specialists have recognised them."

Michael Risconscuito, the principal informant for investigative reporter Danny Casalaro (Casalaro died mysteriously over a  decade ago while researching the Justice Department's purported theft of an intelligence software called PROMIS), alleged to Pacifica Radio that he had also been part of a secret intelligence effort to develop genetically specific bioweapons that could potentially reduce the earth's population by a full two-thirds. After Casalaro's death, Risconscuito went public and was strangely then almost immediately arrested on drug charges. He remains in prison.  source

On October , 2021 , Press TV reports that the UK and Israel are seeking to develop SARS-like race-specific bio-weapon

British and Zionist health experts are working on a SARS-like race-specific bio-weapon, which could be capable of creating a global threat through triggering a massive ethnic cleansing, it has been claimed. The claim was made following the identification by the World Health Organization (WHO) of a new SARS-like race-specific virus that targets people of Middle Eastern decent. The original SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) resulted in the death of numerous people in Hong Kong. The Zionist-led Israeli regime has been seeking to spot specific genes carried by human of Arab decent in an attempt to develop a race-specific bio-weapon that could covertly be exposed to Arab populations in order to commit a massive ethnic cleansing whenever necessary. Anonymous intelligence sources have also claimed that work is underway to create genetically modified bacterium/virus as a bio-weapon which could be deployed through the air or water supply. According to intelligence sources Israeli Defense, working with a British defense apparatus at Porton Down, is seeking to produce this race-specific bio-weapon. Earlier in September, the first case of SARS-like virus was indentified in Qatar. The victim was transferred to Britain, where it was discovered that the coronavirus was similar to SARS as far as its structure is concerned. The second case was a Saudi-born woman who died after being attacked by the new virus. The symptoms of the new SARS-like virus have been said to be fever, cough and other respiratory signals.

In May 20, 2009 Aztlan reports that Mexicans are now endangered by Ethnic Specific Bio-Weapons and states that:

Harvard University is one of many centers for research concerning ethnic or race specific biological weapons. These weapons target and kill only people with certain genetic markers such as those that the Mexican genome project identified in Mestizos and Indigenous groups (ie. Mexicas, Zapotecas etc.). In fact, the Harvard Neocon Steve Rosen is a significant participant in these efforts. Rosen is a Professor of National Security and Military Affairs at Harvard and is one of the authors of "Rebuilding America's Defenses: Project for a New American Century" which on page 60 says "... the art of warfare ... will be vastly different than it is today ... 'combat' likely will take place in new dimensions ... advanced forms of biological warfare that can 'target' specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool." Other contributors to "Rebuilding America's Defenses" were Neocons (Zionists) Paul Wolfowitz, Alvin Bernstein, Eliot Cohen, David Epstein, Abram Shulsky, Dov Zakheim, Aaron Friedberg and others.

Microbiologists have been warning about bio-weapons that target certain groups of people for a long time. In 1998, Dr. Vivienne Nathanson, who was in charge of health policy research at the British Medical Association, warned that some countries were working on making biological weapons that target certain groups. In the same year, the London Times said that Israel's secret Institute for Biological Research (IIBR) in Ness Ziona, which is about 20 kilometers south of Tel Aviv, was making a bioweapon that would only hurt Arabs (Palestinians). A scientist who was quoted in the report said, "They have been able to find a specific trait in the genetic makeup of some Arab groups, especially the Iraqis." David Dedi Zucker, a member of the Knesset, later said that the report was true.

Also, in 2007, the Islamic Republic of Iran said that the US was working with Israel to make and test bioweapons that target specific groups of people. At an international conference, the Iranian General Mir Feysal Bagherzadeh said that the US and the Zionist regime in Israel were working together to prepare for dangerous biological warfare. General Bagherzadeh said, "They are trying to make a weapon that could kill only certain people in a certain area." The General also said that the move should be seen as a case of genocide, "because they want to kill certain people and groups of people" with this weapon. He said that many US experts were doing similar work and research in Bosnia and Herzegovina. General Bagherzadeh also said, "When a Thai plane crashed, experts from the US and Israel looked for the bodies of Iranian nationals to get the genes they needed." The general also said, "The US and Israel want to make a new generation of weapons so they can protect themselves and wipe out other countries and people."

Today, there are signs that the Swine Flu virus A(H1N1) that has killed a lot of people in Mexico was made in a lab. The virus is a lot like the virus that caused the Spanish Flu in 1918, which killed a lot of people. The Spanish Flu is also a type A(H1N1) virus, but its genes are a little bit different. Jeffery Taubenberger, a virologist at the US Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP), has sequenced the 1918 Swine Flu virus genome. This means that different A(H1N1) viruses with different traits can now be made.
