Lose weight really fast and easy(for lazy people)

I noticed a lot of people are more and more inerested in their apearance. I always tried to convince myself that the outside doesn't matter however it is what people see first when they look at you. Here are few really important things you need to know: Genetics help you a lot when it comes to your body type,but even if you are 6 feet tall, you can still look amazing by deciding first what type of body you want The clothes you wear really matter and you should stick to the newest trends only if they fit your type of body Drinking looots and looots of water doesn't just help loosing some weight,but also with your facial skin Stop eating bread(I've always been pretty skinny and I havd never eaten bread) Cut down cheese(as sad as it sounds...you have to because it is really fat) Exchange fat and unhealthy products with lighter ones (ex: milk with almond milk,sun flower oil with avocado oil, butter with avocado) Work out 10 minutes at least every day( do exercices for your tights and abdomen because these are the parts where the fat accumulates the most) Avoid sweets and fast food as much as possible Take a long hot bath as often as you can because you lose some calories
