We all know that we have a nautral defense system in our bodies which is called the immune system. This system produces several lysozymes, it automatically destroys any incoming disease or virus. We become ill or catch more viruses whenever this system is not in order.
Thing we do in our daily lives have direct impact on our immune system.For example the food we consume , the routine we follow , even the improper sleep also effects it , as a result we have more chances of getting into a disease.
FOOD WE CONSUME: On top of the list again we have Fizzy drinks , along with junk food , foods and beverages which are high in sugar , and alcoholic beverages. above mentioned are those items we usually have in our daily lives. Smoking also weakens the immune system and can lead us into deadly disease.
WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
First of all we have to eliminate the above things from our daily routines. Secondly hours a day. Avoid smoking and alcoholic drinks, manage and cope with stress , increase the intake of vegetables , fruits and nuts that provide necessary nutrients. Do some exercise, and be an early riser. Sun rays plays an important part role in keeping the body in order.
Like today if we look around we see there is a breakdown on corona virus every where in the world and people are getting more infected because there inner defense is not much stable. More over we washing hands throughly can help alot. If you are outside and don't have access to water use hand sanitizers, and give this habbit to your kids as well because this virus is most likely to attack kids and aged people.
Apart from corona we have other viruses and microbes that try to attack us daily ,but thanks to our immune system which works as a bodyguard for us against all these germs. In return it needs special care and some precautions too. Take good care of your diet

The only thing that makes us different is how we deal with those problems.
HENCE, All you have to do is take a deep breath , forget all worries , take care of yourself and your body, because a healthy body leads to a better happy and a healthy life.And most of all wash hands before having any meal , after coming from market places or crowded areas.
