Chelsea to compete their first signing after ban

Chelsea has verbally agreed on a deal to sign Lyon attacker Moussa Dembele, according to Ian McGarry. 

Manager Frank Lampard has been given a sum of £150m to spend in the winter transfer market and he is keen on making some reinforcement with the Lyon attacker top of his priority.
