I know you. I know you as I know myself. You wake up in the morning, most often you are so scared by the alarm sound that you jump out the bed. Admit it, this is not good for you. You will thus be agitated all day long without even knowing why. Just give up the alarm, make use of your own biological clock. We all have one, didn't you know? You just have to trust it. It is very important to synchronize with it and not disturb it. So, listen to your biological clock, it knows what's best for you.
Then, you start to hurry up, you get dressed, eat as quickly as possible or, even worse, you don't eat anything. Wrong, so wrong! Studies say breakfast is the happiest time of the day. People are happy at breakfast and get grumpy later on. Why hurry? You will get to be nervous and agitated even before beginning to live the day. Your biological clock will wake up in the most gentle way, you will enjoy doing it, you will be happy before you get out of the bed.
You finally reach the office after driving in the horrible traffic at that time in the morning. Oh, I forgot about your kids. You need to take them to school and then you reach the office. You need to smile to them, to be a model for them, not an anxious stressed parent. Yes, extra stress. Now the papers are all over, the telephone is ringing, you have a lot of work to do and time is not enough. Come on, breathe! One more time, breathe! You need oxygen. Low oxygen levels cause headaches.
Yes, that's right! You have a headache. Why now? Why today? With so much to do... And now you're overwhelmed. Again. This feeling of pressure creates suffering - a negative psychological state. Don't feel like this! Your blood pressure and pulse will increase. And they will remain increased until, until.... ups, when is your relaxation moment? You can't have it tonight. You are so tired. You need to sleep. But this is not relaxation, it is sleep.
Your partner started complaining that you sleep all the time. When you last had sex? When? One month ago? And you're still alive? Didn't you hear about the benefits of regular sex? It reduces stress, it increases immunity, it reduces pain and makes you look younger. Have it! Have it at least three times a week.
